Important Notice: Payment Guidelines and Limits


Dear Valued LECO Customer,

We want to ensure that you have the best experience while using our online payment facility. To maintain security and efficiency, please take note of the following guidelines and limitations:

1. Use Sri Lankan Issued Cards Only:
For your security of transactions, please do not use cards issued by bank branches outside of Sri Lanka. Peoples Bank has temporarily restricted transactions with such cards from their payment gateway.

2. Payment Frequency Limit:
You are advised not to make more than four transactions within 24 hours to a single LECO account.

3. Device Usage Limit:
Maximum number of LECO accounts paid within 24 hours using a single device is limited to 10.

** You are advised to maintain any one of the following as proof of your online bill payment
1. A printout of the web payment receipt.
2. SMS received to you confirming the payment.

** If you are already served with a Disconnection Notice, please produce any one of above proofs to our disconnection staff if they arrived at your premises.
** Please note that your disconnection notice may not be settled with the part payments made and kindly inquire respective Branch Office or our call center to obtain further information.
