මාගේ පරිශ්‍රයට පැමිණ විදුලි මණුව කියවීම අත්හිටුවා, මාගේ නම යටතේ ඇති විදුලි ගිණුම සඳහා පහත ඊ-මේල් ගිණුමට ඊ-විදුලි බිල් සේවාව සක්‍රීය කරන්න.

වෙනත් පුද්ගලයෙකු ඊ මේල් හරහා ඊ-විදුලි බිල් සේවාව සඳහා නම් කිරීම :

මාගේ ඊ-විදුලි බිල ලබා ගැනීම සඳහා මා වෙනුවෙන් පහත සඳහන් පුද්ගලයා නම් කරමි. එසේ වුවත්, බිල්පත ලබා ගැනීම හා ගෙවීම පිළිබඳ සියළු වගකීම් මා සතු බව දන්වා සිටිමි. නම් කල පුද්ගලයා වෙනස් වන්නේ නම් ඒ බැව් යාවත්කාලීන කිරීමටද එකඟ වෙමි.

I hereby nominate following person to receive e-Electricity bill on behalf of me. I take all the responsibilities as of receiving the electricity bill to me and the settlement of due charges with respect to the electricity account given above. I also assure promptly updating the change of nominee.
